When Cancer Comes to Work

Learn how Gilda's Club can be a resource to employers when an employee is impacted by cancer.  This can be as a result of their own diagnosis or that of a friend or loved one, or lose of loved one, friend or co-worker.  Learn about some resources that can help and a few reasons why there are things NOT to say. 

Dorothy Pergola, Developoment Coordinator, draws on her personal experience with cancer to share the benefits of the programs available at Gilad's Club.  As a cancer survivor and loved one of a cancer survivor she understands the cancer journey.  Working at Gilda's Club she has the unique opportunity to hear stories of other survivors and uses this insight to help others find resources that can help ensure "No one faces cancer alone."
