Tax Cuts and Jobs Act: What You Need to Know

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was passed on December 22, 2017 and included many significant changes that impact both businesses and individuals.  This presentation will cover the key provisions of the legislation and areas where further guidance may be issued.

Michele Graham is a Senior Tax Manager with Harding & Shymanski & Co, P.S.C. She joined the firm in 2009 and is a member of the firm's Health Care and Affordable Care Act Teams.  Michele works closely with businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals in the areas of tax planning and compliance. Michele graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bacherlor of Science degree in Accounting.  She has earned a Master of Science in Taxation degree from DePaul University.  In addition to her involvement with ANEW, Michele serves as the Treasurer for Warrick Public Education Foundation and is actively involved in several areas at her church.
