Chief Talent Development Officer with Old National Bancorp

Carrie is the Chief Talent Development Officer at Old National Bank, with responsibility for Recruitment, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Organizational Development.  Prior to her current role, she served as President of Old National Wealth Management for approximately 12 years.  She joined Old National in 2001 as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Corporate Private Client Group. 

Ellspermann came to Old National with 10 years of experience at Citizens Bank/Fifth Third Bank where she was vice president and manager of its private banking division.  She began her banking career in 1991 as a sales manager in bank administration at Citizens Bank where among other roles she headed retail banking/branch administration for the Evansville metro area.  Prior to her banking career, she was a sales representative with Deluxe Check Printers.  She is a grauate of Indiana University.  She attended Vanderbilt University's executive management program and obtained her MBA.  She is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

As a native of Evansville, Ellspermann has been involved in many civic and community activities.  She currently serves on the Welborn Baptist Foundation board of directors and is chairperson of the Investment Committee, the Community One board of directors, the Saint Benedict School Council, and the JDRF regional commitee. She is active and has served as lay leader at her church, Methodist Temple.  She is a 2010 graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series.  Ellspermann is also a past board member and executive committee member of the Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville, past board member and treasurer of Junior League of Evansville, past president and board member of the Youth Service Bureau, past board member of the Girl Scouts, past stewardship campaign director and chairperson at Methodist Temple, past chairperson of the Methodist Temple Children's Center board of directors and past board member of the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra.
