Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Management Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various areas of the business, including financial and operational. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to identify risks that may impact the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and analyze risks that could affect the organization’s objectives, operations, and profits.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop and implement processes and controls.
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential exposures, including financial and operational.
  • Prepare reports detailing findings, analyses, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Prepare daily reports on the company’s performance.
  • Participate in internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure risk controls are effective.
  • Developing database for client information.
  • Credential new vendors.
  • Audit vendor invoices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience with risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies, and control frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present risk findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to risk management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Background in the financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
